Do I have to pay you?

You don’t pay me; the seller pays my fee.

Who do I need to contact to help me throughout the process?

Your home buying team is made up of a mortgage broker/lender, home inspectors, and myself. Our goal is to help you through the process and answer all of your questions along the way. I can offer recommendations for lenders and inspectors.

What are the benefits of using a Realtor to help me buy a home?

Buying a house is exciting, emotional, and stressful at times. My goal is to facilitate the process to make things as easy as possible for you while setting realistic expectations. In preparation for your home search, I will sit down and discuss your wish list, how we will work together, the steps to the process, and any costs you may incur.

What home can I afford?

I highly recommend this Home Affordability Calculator for a ballpark figure, but for an exact figure I can refer you to a great lender that can help you get pre-approved and answer any questions you have about your mortgage.

Can I buy a home and sell my current one at the same time.

Sure! It can get a little hairy but I’m here to help walk you through.

How quickly can I close?

Typically within 30-45 days, dependent on your loan and many other factors.

Should I get a home inspection?

Yes. This way you know exactly what you are walking into when/if you decide to purchase the home.
