A: You don’t pay me; the seller pays my fee.
Q: Who do I need to contact to help me throughout the process?
A: Your home buying team is made up of a mortgage broker/lender, home inspectors, and myself. Our goal is to help you through the process and answer all of your questions along the way. I can offer recommendations for lenders and inspectors.
Q: Should I get a home inspection?
A: Yes. This way you know exactly what you are walking into when/if you decide to purchase the home.
Q: Can I buy a home and sell my current one at the same time.
A: Of course! It can get a little hairy but I’m here to help walk you through.
